Backend Python Developer

Our solution connects to all organizational systems, including your ERP, CRM, HRIS, as well as complex Excel files, and consolidates all this data into a single cloud-based database. The platform automates various financial transformations, including FX conversions, eliminations, hierarchies, financial adjustments, and more.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field‍
• 5+ years of experience in Python software development in a SaaS company
• Strong experience with async programming, REST APIs, microservices, and testing.
• Experience with Relational DBs (Postgres, MSSQL);
• Experience and familiarity with Cloud Architecture and services;
• Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD workflows‍
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (High-level English is a must)
• Strong technical skills and a passion for developing features.

• Frontend experience (especially with Angular)
• Experience working with Python frameworks like Django and FastAPI
• Experience with RabbitMQ
• Experience with Celery
• Experience with Redis
• Russian language

• Develop and maintain new features, services, and APIs in Python
• Integrate with cloud-based backend services (REST APIs)
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
• Optimize for maximum speed and scalability
• Debug and fix issues that arise during development and testing
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and design sessions
