Manual QA
An Israeli startup specializing in financial planning and analysis is looking for an experienced Manual QA to join our team. We develop a platform that automates financial reporting and planning while allowing finance teams to continue working with familiar Excel-based models and Workflows.
We are looking for a Manual QA who can help us maintain high-quality standards as the company grows. The ideal candidate is someone who can bring creative solutions to complex challenges and has a strong passion for excellence and success.
- 4+ years of experience in Web applications testing;
- Strong understanding of client-server architecture;
- Good knowledge of Web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript);
- Strong understanding of testing principles and products delivery;
- Experience writing and executing test, test cases, defect management and reporting test results;
- Experience with UI/UX Testing;
- Understanding Test Automation principles;
- Experience in writing Test Automation scenarios;
- Experience in working with Automation Team;
- English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Experience with Windows Desktop applications
- Experience with Excel on advanced level
- Experience with Fintech
- Working closely with Software Development Team and Product Owners in order to develop a strong understanding of the product and Testing objectives;
- Perform Testing of Web Based and Windows Desktop application (Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, Exploratory Testing) and related Integrations in accordance with requirements;
- Review requirements, specifications and other project documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed;
- Supporting Testing documentation;
- Support stakeholders, customers and developers to identify and debug various problems to drive toward root case identification and resolution;
- Writing test scenarios for Automation Team;
- Working closely with Test Automation Team in order to provide a proper understanding of test scenarios, prepare test environments with all necessary configurations, analyze failed Test Runs.
