Producer / Product Owner / Delivery Lead (VR/AR) - Mid/Senior
We're looking for a hands-on Product Owner / Producer / Technical Coordinator who can turn a raw project idea into a shipped product.
You'll own the full production cycle: scoping, planning, coordinating the creative and technical teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring we deliver on time and on spec. Your goal is to function independently and keep the team moving so the CEO is not the bottleneck.
This is not a “ticket writer” role. You should understand how digital products are built, have hands-on experience in at least one related field (game dev, video production, or educational content), and be comfortable making day-to-day decisions without constant oversight.
- Experience in Game Development, Video Production, or Educational Content.
- Understand the creative production pipeline, shipped complex projects, and can explain your responsibilities end-to-end.
- Strong English (written and spoken) for structured docs and confident calls.
- Own a VR headset - strong plus.
- You are a tech-savvy, organized, proactive problem solver, comfortable juggling multiple projects.
- Russian language is a plus (much of our team communicates in Russian).
- Preferred: Europe/CIS time zones
Product Ownership
- Transform ideas into tasks: Translate client needs into actionable technical tasks for developers and artists.
- Manage the pipeline: Decide which features ship now vs. which are "nice to have" next-phase items to meet deadlines.
- Documentation: Create and maintain Statements of Work (SoW), Design Docs, Changelogs, etc.
Project Management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Unity, 3D art, UI/UX, animation, audio/VO, video (depending on project).
- Keep the team unblocked: Ensure developers and artists have the assets and answers they need.
- Monitor progress: flag risks early, solve problems before they escalate.
- Optimization: Continuously improve workflow and production efficiency.
Quality Control
- Review deliverables before client delivery (polish, completeness, consistency).
- Test builds personally (VR experience required) and ensure the product matches the specs.
Client Communication
- Run meetings, send updates, collect feedback, and present demos.
- Explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Someone who needs detailed instructions for every step or approval to move work forward.
- A pure “scrum project manager” without creative/technical production understanding.
- A senior executive expecting a large support team - this is a lean, hands-on, fluid role.
- Autonomy: Real ownership, no micromanagement.
- Growth: Your role and compensation will evolve as the studio scales, including performance
- bonuses.
- Mentorship: Learn directly from the CEO and senior teammates.
- Impact: Diverse, high-visibility projects that win international awards.
